The Domestic Violence Secretariat under the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection in collaboration with UNFPA and UNICEF under the UNFPA-UNICEF Global Programme End Child Marriage organized this workshop to co-create a consolidated set of tools that investigate critical drivers behind harmful practices that affect children, specifically child marriage, adolescent pregnancies, and related issues.
This workshop was organized between the 16th and 21st June 2023 at Pempasie Hotel in Cape Coast.
The workshop focused on shifting norms and drivers that lead to the practice of Child Marriage in
Ghana.
